Subscription Policy
GENERAL
All subscriptions are via either PayPal or the App Store. This is for your protection. While we have limited access to your subscription ID #, your subscription, user info, and payment info is all controlled from the PayPal or App Store user portal.
It is the subscriber's responsibility to maintain their payment method for their account (make sure they have an active credit card on file). It is also the subscriber's responsibility to monitor the terms and duration of their own subscriptions.
Please do not contact ScriptE to turn on or off your account. Refer to the following sources for account maintenance:
REFUND POLICY ON SUBSCRIPTIONS
Once a subscription starts, ScriptE Systems has no way to turn off an activation. Consequently, there are no refunds on active subscriptions. In some special instances, credits may be given towards future subscriptions. This is at the discretion of ScriptE Systems.
LEGACY USER DISCOUNT
Users of the legacy version of ScriptE are eligible for a discount on a Version 3 subscription. To take advantage of this discount, you must sign up using the legacy discount link provided to you.
Please note the following:
The legacy discount cannot be applied retroactively to a full-price subscription.
If you have already signed up at the full price, it is your responsibility to cancel that subscription and re-subscribe using the legacy discount link at your next renewal date.
ScriptE Systems does not grant partial refunds or credits for subscriptions purchased at full price that are later found to be eligible for the legacy discount.
Make sure to use the legacy discount link before subscribing to avoid any pricing discrepancies.
The Legacy Discount is being offered as a courtesy to our long term customers as they make the switch from Version 2 to Version 3 — ScriptE S. This is a limited offer and is subject to change.
