1) Coverage Form
-- This is a handy pdf document that shows representative stills from the shoot day's coverage.
2) Editor Log
-- Editor's Log (order shot) - this is a pdf document that shows shot descriptions, circle takes, camera information and comments for the days shooting.
3) Editor Log By Camera Roll
-- Editor's Log (by camera roll) - same document as the Editor's log - just arranged by camera roll first and then by order shot. This pdf document is especially helpful for assistant editors or anyone looking at dailies (as dailies are organized by camera rolls).
4) Editor Log (RED Camera)
-- Editor's Log - same document as the Editor's log that includes the clip # from the RED camera. This pdf document is especially helpful for assistant editors or anyone looking at dailies.
5) Facing and Lined Script with Shot Look
-- Facing and Lined Script (with shot look) - standard facing and lined pages with a brief shot description appearing at the top of each line. West Coast users tend to prefer this output. Shots can be arranged on the page either left to right - wide to tight (East Coast style) or left to right in the order they are shot (West Coast style).

8) Time Code Log
-- Time code Log (order shot)- an editor's log type document that also includes time code in and out markers. Users can view particular instances with their own unique time code markers that may occur within a take. This is a great tool for editor's searching for a particular instance within a take.
